Shipping Policy


At Kashmir Exotics, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 80 shipping fee.

 

Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

 

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped from our warehouse.

 

We will email you your package tracking information as soon as your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

In case your shipment is tempered or damaged

 

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at care@kashmirexotics.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 

In case your shipment is delayed

 

In case there is a delay, please send us an email on care@kashmirexotics.com with your order reference number.

 

In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
